Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of the account.
Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed following email notification. Any remaining balance in accounts closed due to inactivity is held for 90 days after notification and can be reclaimed by contacting support during that period.
99tg accepts deposits exclusively in Brazilian reals (BRL) through the following methods: Pix, boleto bancário, credit card (Visa and Mastercard), debit card, PicPay, and Mercado Pago. All deposits must be made in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — even from a family member — are not accepted and will be returned. 99tg does not accept cash or international wire transfers.

A bet is considered confirmed only after the confirmation message is displayed on the platform and the amount has been deducted from the user's account. Bets not confirmed due to a technical failure are automatically refunded within 24 hours. 99tg is not responsible for bets that were not completed due to connectivity issues on the user's end.
If there is a dispute about the outcome of a bet, the user must contact 99tg support within 72 hours of the event's conclusion. 99tg uses official result sources for all markets, and data is considered final once confirmed.

Deposit bonuses are credited as bonus balance, which cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated after the rollover requirement is met are transferred to the withdrawable balance. 99tg's standard rollover is 30x the bonus amount in bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion.
General bonus rules: One bonus per promotion per user; bonuses are non-stackable unless stated otherwise; bonus validity period is 30 calendar days from the date of credit; voided, refunded, or cashed-out bets below 50% do not count toward rollover.
Free bets are credited at the nominal value specified in the promotion. Winnings from free bets are added to the withdrawable balance after deducting the free bet stake itself. For example: a R$ 25.00 free bet at odds of 2.00 generates R$ 25.00 in withdrawable winnings (not R$ 50.00).
99tg reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time, with advance notice whenever possible. Bonuses obtained through promotion abuse, multiple account creation, or any form of fraud will be cancelled and the associated account closed.

Interruptions caused by factors beyond the platform's control — such as third-party infrastructure failures, power outages, or cyberattacks — do not give rise to any compensation obligation.
Bets confirmed before a technical outage are preserved and settled normally once the service resumes. Live bets left open during an outage may be cancelled with a full refund of the staked amount if the outcome cannot be determined with certainty.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through 99tg's support channel. Once the request is submitted, any available real-money balance (excluding unredeemed bonus funds) will be returned via Pix within up to 5 business days, provided identity verification is complete.
99tg may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases: violation of these Terms and Conditions; suspicion of fraud or money laundering; refusal to provide requested KYC documentation; order by a competent legal or regulatory authority.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the remaining balance may be withheld for the duration of the investigation. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited. If no violation is found, the full balance will be returned to the user.
Users who have requested self-exclusion for responsible gambling reasons may not reopen their account during the requested period. 99tg is obligated to keep the self-exclusion active for the period defined by the user, even if a reinstatement request is submitted.
99tg may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in services, applicable legislation, or operational practices. Material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email address at least 15 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the platform after a new version of these terms takes effect constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes.
